Your session begins as you settle into a supportive, comfortable chair. Your therapist will gently ground the experience with a calming head hold and deep breathing. You will have the opportunity to enhance your treatment with essential oils known for their tension-relieving and soothing properties. The soothing rhythmic movements stimulate blood flow and oxygen delivery, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer and deeply refreshed. The second phase of your session transitions to the massage table, where your therapist will guide you through gentle, assisted neck stretches and continue with specific massage techniques.
