About My Touch

My work is rooted in softness-not because softness is passive, but because softness is where the body finally exhales.

I am not a heavy pressure therapist. My work does not live in force or pressure. It lives in the quiet spaces where your nervous system feels safe, where your fascia begins to unwind without resistance, and where your spirit has room to return to itself.

My touch is light-to-medium pressure, trauma-informed, and guided by intuition, energy, and the natural rhythm of your body. Each session is a conversation between your physical form and your subtle field-your body speaks, and my hands respond.

Every session will look and feel different. Your body changes. Your energy shifts. Your needs evolve with each visit-and so does the way I work with you.

My intention is simple:

to create a space where healing isn't forced, but invited.

Where your system feels safe. Where your heart opens. Where your whole being remembers itself.

If you are seeking grounding, reconnection, energetic alignment, emotional release, or gentle physical restoration, this is where my work shines.

You are welcome here in your fullness-exactly as you arrive. And I will meet you with the touch that your body and spirit whisper for in that moment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of pressure do you use?

My work uses light-to-medium pressure, guided entirely by your body's intelligence. This style of bodywork supports your nervous system and fascia.

While my touch is light-to-medium in pressure, the work often reaches deep into the tissues. Through slow, intentional movements, the fascia is invited to soften and release at its own pace. Rather than forcing layers to respond, we allow them. Fascia responds best to patience.

As it gently melts, deeper structures naturally begin to unwind. This approach supports lasting change without overwhelming the nervous system-creating depth though presence, not pressure.

Why don't you offer firm pressure?

Through my time as a massage therapist, I have come to learn that the body doesn't need firm pressure to heal-in fact, it often needs presence, slowness, and a gentler touch. Working with the nervous system allows the body to feel safe enough soften, creating a deeper release in the muscles and tissues. My approach is about listening to the body rather than pushing through it, creating space for healing to unfold naturally.

Is gentle work actually effective?

Yes-sometimes even more than heavy pressure. When the nervous system feels safe, the body opens. The fascia softens. Muscles release. Emotions are set free. Energy realigns. Healing does not always require intensity. Often, it requires permission.

What if I feel like I need heavy pressure?

I honor that completely. Every body has its own language. If your body is craving heavy pressure, I can refer you to other wonderful local therapists whose gifts lie in that realm. You deserve care that matches what your system is asking for.

Who is your work best suited for?

My sessions tend to resonate deeply with those who need:

*chronic pain support
*tension release
*release of chronic holding patterns
*nervous system regulation
*emotional release
*rest, grounding, or reconnection
*a slower, gentler approach to healing

*and those who have tried different modalities without  getting deep, lasting results

Do you combine massage with energy work?

Only if it is requested or if given permission by you. Energy work is sacred and the body, mind, and spirit must be willing to receive it.
